Where do my guests park during my event?
The Sanford House provides complimentary valet parking for all events booked in the Grand Courtyard.Â Valet parking may be arranged for any smaller event through our event coordinator.
How do I choose my menu selections?
Our Executive Chef creates and executes all menus for private dining events. Using the freshest ingredients and finest culinary skills, her creations are beautiful in presentation and delicious in taste. You can use the selected menus on the packages, or speak with Chef directly to develop your own signature menu.
What is the event called Flights and Bites?Â
Flights and Bites is an event that The Sanford House hosts to taste a selection of Chefâ€™s creative menus and samplings from our wine list. This event is held monthly. You will receive two complementary admissions once you confirm your reservation with a deposit. Our Event Coordinator, Chef, and Bar Manager will be there to answer any questions you may have about your event, food, and bar packages.
What do I need to do to reserve my event date?
After you have signed a contract and paid your $1,000 non-refundable deposit your event date will be reserved at our facility.
Do I need to have an appointment to tour the facility?
Yes! We would love to show you The Sanford House. We do tours by appointment only. Please give us a call at 817.861.2129 to set yours up today.
What events are held at The Sanford House?
We are a full service venue for events of all types, including, weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, retreats, showers, luncheons, birthday parties, and more. If you would like to know more about our seasonal events please sign up for our newsletter.
Will your staff set up the ceremony and reception area?
The Sanford House provides all setup of chairs, tables, and linens. Any special decoration needs will need to be discussed with the Event Director.
May we bring in our own alcohol?
The Sanford House is a TABC certified facility and the State of Texas requires that all alcohol is purchased through The Sanford House. See our bar package options.
How can I book spa services for my guests?
You can let our Event Director know what spa or salon services that you or your guests desire and the Sanford Spa representative will be notified to return your call to schedule the services. You can also call 817-277-0115 to book services directly.
