Where do my guests park during my event?

The Sanford House has a large parking lot adjacent to the spa for all guests attending an event at The Sanford House.

How do I choose my menu selections?

Our culinary team led by Executive Chef John Klein, creates and executes all menus for private dining events. Using the freshest ingredients and finest culinary skills, their creations are beautiful in presentation and delicious in taste. You can choose from our catering menus, or speak with Chef directly to develop your own signature menu.

What do I need to do to reserve my event date?

A deposit is required for all events to consider them confirmed and definite. To reserve a date for either event space, a contract must be signed with an average deposit of $2,000 for the Courtyard and $1,000 for the Renoir Room. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of the remainder is due in advance unless credit has been established to the satisfaction of The Sanford House. Certain types of events booked for certain dates, may require full payment at the time of the booking, at the discretion of The Sanford House. Approved direct billings are due in full within 30 days of receipt.

How can I book spa services for my guests?

You can let our Event Director know what spa or salon services that you or your guests desire and the Sanford Spa representative will be notified to return your call to schedule the services. You can also call 817-277-0115 to book services directly.

What events are held at The Sanford House?

We are a full service venue for events of all types, including, weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, retreats, showers, luncheons, birthday parties, and more. If you would like to know more about our seasonal events please sign up for our newsletter.

Will your staff set up the ceremony and reception area?

The Sanford House provides all setup of chairs, tables, and linens. Any special decoration needs will need to be discussed with the Event Director.

May we bring in our own alcohol?

The Sanford House is a TABC certified facility and the State of Texas requires that all alcohol is purchased through The Sanford House. See our bar package options.

Do I need to have an appointment to tour the facility?

Yes! We would love to show you The Sanford House. Our Front Desk Representatives can help you view the property and overnight accommodations at your convenience.
