Grand Courtyard
Lush flowerbeds and tall, majestic trees set the backdrop for your memorable outdoor wedding on The Grand Courtyard of The Sanford House. The elevated Wedding Pavilion supported with elegant white columns borders the north end of the Courtyard. A large octagonal gazebo and the Renoir Room frame the sides and the final touch is a central statuesque fountain. The Grand Courtyard is an ideal setting for groups up to 200.
To reserve the Courtyard requires a rental charge of $300 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. There is a minimum food charge of $30 per person. Our event coordinator will determine the number of servers necessary for your event. All food and beverages must be provided by The Sanford House.
The rental charge includes standard linens and table settings, set-up and clean-up. The pricing does not include beverages, servers, gratuities, taxes, or taxable service charge of 20%.
Renoir Room
This is a beautiful room located adjacent to the Grand Courtyard with magnificent views of the whole property. With open vaulted ceilings, this space is well-suited to all social, dining, corporate, and meeting needs. This room can seat up to 40 guests.
To reserve the Renoir Room requires a room charge of $50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Our event coordinator will determine the number of servers necessary for your event. Rental of the Renoir Room will require a food minimum of $19 per person for lunch and $25 per person for dinner. All food and beverages must be provided by The Sanford House.
The room charge includes set-up and clean-up and standard table settings. The minimum pricing does not include beverages, servers, gratuities, taxes, or taxable service charge of 20%.
Manor House Event Rooms
The Manor House has three dining areas that can be reserved in advance for private parties or events.
The Monet Dining Room features and elegant oval dining table and has seating available for 20. Across the foyer is the Parlor furnished with real and replication antiques and can seat up to 20 people. Adjoining the Parlor is the Van Gogh Bar & Lounge. With its classic style, the lounge area can seat up to 10. All three rooms can seat a total of 50 people.
The Manor House Rooms work beautifully for informal parties up to 75 where formal seating is not required. Ask about our Flights and Bites cocktail format.
To reserve the Manor House Dining areas requires a room charge of $50/hour/room with a 2 hour minimum. There is a minimum food charge of $35 per person. All food and beverages must be provided by The Sanford House.
